Senior Recruiter

We are building out our future EMEA & US teams and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead based in our HQ in Dublin. You will be tasked with scaling business-critical departments as we more than double in headcount in 2021. Successful recruitment is one of the keys behind SalesOptimize’s rapid growth and we need you to help us fill our ranks with world-class people that can change the world of outbound sales with a market intelligence tool that reveals the business behind a website. You will innovate, drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process here at SalesOptimize. This role represents a significant opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join a rapidly expanding global organisation. Responsibilities

  • Recruit Sales Account Executives, BDRs and Software Developers
  • Partner with Recruitment agencies to hire 100 sales people in the next 3 years
  • Coach members of the recruiting team on standard methodologies as talent advisors, while building influential relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Develop close relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with leaders to understand growth plans and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Develop and refine an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
  • Develop outstanding sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet ambitious hiring goals
  • Own, manage and drive full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Review, screen, and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements, while gauging candidates’ motivation for the position
  • Develop talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics as appropriate to enable the organisation to be kept informed on market conditions
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the interview process and regularly provide feedback and make suggestions for improvement
  • Capture and maintain accurate market, and candidate information on our CRM and knowledge management systems

 

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including within the Ireland market
  • A proven track record of inhouse talent acquisition/recruiting
  • Executive presence with a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining partnerships with leadership team
  • A consistent record of employing creative sourcing strategies
  • A good track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Meet deadlines, and has strong project management skills
  • Provide guidance in hiring forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness, ability to communicate compellingly to impact and influence decision making
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a strong pipeline
  • Bachelors Degree

Inside Sales Manager

We're looking for a talented, driven and passionate sales leader to help us build & develop our inside sales team. As Sales Manager, you will play a critical role by recruiting, inspiring, training and leading the team. The successful candidate will have a consistent record of building and developing sales teams, and has the correct mix of business savvy, coaching ability and sales acumen. They will also have the opportunity to evolve and prime the existing business model to meet (and exceed) business goals and expectations. This is an office-based role with 95% of your time spent in the office and 5% visiting trade shows once they commence again.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals, KPIs forecasted opportunities & revenue targets
  • Assess sales pipelines, activity & forecasts to determine sales progress & areas for refinement/improvement of large deals
  • Manage and grow a high performing team by recruiting and developing account executives through coaching, whilst retaining & growing top performers
  • Performance management: creating a bench of qualified talent and growing the team headcount as needed
  • Lead by example, making sales calls yourself and winning customers to the SalesOptimize Service
  • Weekly presentation of sales revenue and KPIs to the CEO
  • Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management
  • Handling of customer complaints and enquiries

 

About You

  • Experience in managing a sales team, 3+ years is preferable
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Previously led a consultative sales process with the ability to segment and manage territories effectively & work with partners to win business
  • Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and a big appetite for high achievement in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, with great planning and organisation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to increase efficiencies in the sales process and measure performance
  • Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goals & with a positive attitude

Account Executive

We are seeking a persuasive Account Executive who's a real self-starter! You will manage your own time, set priorities and meet monthly revenue goals. Our ideal candidate will also be tenacious, creative and entrepreneurial, with the ability to understand our clients' needs and challenges.

 

Responsibilities

  • Hunt, manage and close new business opportunities within your book of business
  • Hit monthly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Use a customer-focused, value-oriented consultative sales approach to educate customers on how our services will scale their company in their market
  • Expertly complete the end-to-end sales cycle from cold calling to scheduling, facilitating online product demonstrations and finally closing the sale
  • Using SalesOptimize technology to generate your own sales leads to make outbound calls and win new business
  • Support senior management with winning major accounts
  • Be willing to represent the company at trade shows both in Europe and the USA
  • Independently manage forecasts and pipelines with multiple prospects using Salesforce CRM

 

About You

  • 2-3 years closing experience in a sales role (previous SaaS experience a plus)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to successfully articulate technical product specifications and product value propositions
  • Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and a big appetite for high achievement in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a highly driven environment
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Software Engineer

We're on the lookout for a hard-working and data driven Software Engineer to complement our Technology team. Our ideal candidate will have a real passion for big data and an appetite for learning. Responsibilities

  • Integrate various APIs of data into the back engine of the platform
  • Develop new APIs for our clients
  • Customized our integrations into CRMs like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Hubspot etc
  • Develop functional spec and detailed technical designs for development
  • System testing, bug diagnosis and resolution
  • Can take a mock-up or a wireframe, and translate it into a working user interface
  • Be able to take a design or process specification and develop the code base to deliver product / feature set
  • An understanding of good database design fundamentals is very important for this role
  • An ability to learn quickly and a desire to learn is the most important thing

 

About You

  • Ideally you have 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, MongoDB, SQL Server and Elastic Search
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies like Kanban, Unit testing and code reviews
  • Great understanding of high-level software architecture & design concepts, multithreading & exception management
  • Understand the challenges of big data
